good location It was very clean and the room was spacious.

Booked short term (1 hour) due to typhoon. When I arrived everything was prepared. It's close to Bus Terminal and Tram station. And there are plenty of restaurants around. Standard business hotel.

A reliable choice, clean, and slightly more spacious than your average Japanese hotel.
